After visiting a provider, you can rate their services in the app and write a review. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to leave a review.

Reviews are publicly displayed on providers’ profiles. They give providers useful feedback and help other users decide.

Yes. Only clients who have used a provider’s services can write a review. This helps ensure the rating is authentic and reflects a real experience.

If a provider cancels a booking due to illness, injury or another serious reason, you’ll receive an email with the cancellation details and the reason.

If the booking was paid online, we’ll issue a voucher in the amount paid. You can use it with any provider on Welapy.

You can contact the provider directly using the phone number listed in the provider’s profile or in the booking details.
